Be Careful
Scammers send fake emails or texts that look like they're from Celsius or Stretto. Often these emails or texts mention Celsius or Stretto by name. These emails may also ask you to click links to fake websites or give personal details. Don't click links contained in an email or text message or give your personal information to someone, except in response to an email sent from one of the official Celsius Distribution email addresses listed below.
- Celsius will never call, text, or message you on social media to ask for your account or personal information.
- Celsius will not ask you to connect your crypto wallet to a third-party site for payments or ask for your seed phrase or private keys.
- Celsius will only send passcodes by email if you go to the official Celsius Claims Portal (https://claimsportal.celsius.network/) and login using your email address on file. Note: not all creditors have access to the Celsius Claims Portal.

Tips to Avoid Phishing
- Check email addresses and links. Make sure the sender's email and website links are correct and exactly match one of the email addresses above. Create filters to only allow emails from the list above.
- Look for mistakes. Scammers often make spelling and grammar errors in emails.
- Hover over links. On a computer, put your mouse over a link to see where it goes. Make sure it's directing you to one of the websites above.
- Watch for "Dear Customer." Official emails usually use your name, not "Dear Customer."
- Be careful with urgent messages. Scammers may try to scare you into acting fast.
- Don't open unknown attachments. They might have viruses or phishing links. Don't open on a phone first, because phones don't allow you to hover to check the link.
- Check the email signature. Look for contact information and make sure it looks professional.
- Use two-factor authentication (2FA). This makes your accounts safer.
- Use email security. Turn on spam filters.
- Stay updated. Read the Knowledge Base and the official Stretto court docket.
- Verify requests. If an email asks for information or actions that seem strange, contact Celsius directly.
- Look for "HTTPS." Make sure websites start with "HTTPS."
- Be careful with pop-ups. Don't give information in pop-ups you didn't expect.
- Never connect your crypto wallet to strange sites, even if they look like Celsius or Stretto.
Stay careful and follow these tips to stay safe.
