Any questions or requests for Celsius or its advisors are best initiated by opening a support ticket with Celsius Distributions Support. If a question is related to a creditor claim distribution, the support ticket must be opened by the creditor using the same email address that was used for their Celsius account.

Celsius or its advisors will never (i) request that you connect your wallet to receive your distribution or (ii) contact you directly by phone, text message, or social media to request account or personal information absent an order or on-the-record instruction by the Court. Please be sure to review and whitelist approved email addresses and domain names to protect yourself against phishing attempts: Phishing & Approved Domains

If you see any suspicious website domains or receive any uncorroborated email, text message, or telephone call purporting to be from Celsius or its advisors claiming that withdrawals are available or requesting account information, personal information, or payment, we request that you please open a support ticket with Celsius Distributions Support and select “I have a security concern.”
