Cryptocurrency Distributions via Coinbase

Modified on Mon, Apr 14 at 11:49 AM

As approved by the Court, certain individual creditors that reside outside the United States, and in jurisdictions supported by Coinbase, will receive their claim distributions in BTC and ETH to their Coinbase account.

Please note that, as per the Coinbase Agreement, individual (non-corporate) creditors must have received at least one claim distribution by November 9, 2024. After this date, any non-US creditors who had not received a cryptocurrency claim distribution at Coinbase were automatically assigned a Cash distribution partner. Celsius will sell the cryptocurrency allocated for their distribution at market prices as close as reasonably practical to an expected USD distribution. A notice with more information about this can be found here: https://cases.stretto.com/public/x191/11749/PLEADINGS/1174912032480000000095.pdf
