The Celsius Claims Portal serves as a resource for select creditors of Celsius Network LLC. A recent notice with more information about the Celsius Claims Portal can be found here: https://cases.stretto.com/public/x191/11749/PLEADINGS/1174912032480000000095.pdf
This portal provides select creditors with the ability to view and update important information regarding claim distributions. For example, creditors can view records of their claim distribution history and claim code information. Creditors will also have access to tools to seamlessly re-verify their identity and submit required claim distribution information (e.g. banking information or mailing address).
Celsius will provide creditors with access to the Celsius Claims Portal in phases. The first phase of creditors who will have access to the Celsius Claims Portal are those creditors who are eligible for, but have not yet received, an initial distribution, including creditors whose accounts are missing necessary information to process a distribution. Such creditors will receive an email from Celsius with a link to the Celsius Claims Portal and will be able to log in to the Celsius Claims Portal using the email and date of birth associated with their Celsius account. Creditors will not be required to create a separate account to access the Celsius Claims Portal.

How do I log in to the Celsius Claims Portal?
Celsius will invite certain creditors to use the Celsius Claims Portal by email. Such email will include a link to access the portal. To log in, click the link in the email and input the email and date of birth associated with your Celsius account. This will generate a temporary code used for login, which will be emailed to the email associated with such creditor’s Celsius account. Creditors will not be required to create a separate account or password to access the Celsius Claims Portal.
How do I update my Personal Information in the Celsius Claims Portal?
The personal information associated with your Celsius claim distribution will be listed in the Personal Information tab of the Celsius Claims Portal. Please note that the “Email” listed in this section is the primary email address used for portal authentication and all email communications from Celsius. On this tab of the Celsius Claims Portal, you can:
Edit your mailing address or phone number on record by clicking edit profile.
Edit your Coinbase Alternative Email, the email address used for matching your Celsius claim distribution to an active Coinbase account.
If you need to make changes to your Name, Date of Birth, SSN/TIN, or Primary Email, please submit a ticket to Celsius Distributions Support. Note that this may require a new Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification in the Portal, which may necessitate further review from Celsius Compliance. If your KYC submission is under review, your access to the Celsius Claims Portal will be restricted to the Personal Information tab of the Celsius Claims Portal. Review of your KYC submission may not be instantaneous, but you can check on your KYC review status at any time in the Celsius Claims Portal. You will receive email communications throughout the KYC process.
How do I submit a Wire Form in the Celsius Claims Portal?
Navigate to the Wire Form tab of the Celsius Claims Portal to submit a new Wire Transfer Form, if applicable.
This Wire Transfer Form is to provide and authorize bank information to be used for United States dollar (USD) bank transfers associated with a creditor’s claim distributions. After the form is submitted, the information provided will be reviewed and verified before a wire transfer can be attempted. If any information is incomplete or does not meet our bank’s data requirements, your wire transfer will not be attempted. You will receive an email when a wire transfer attempt has been made. For help with this form, please visit this Knowledge Base article.
Celsius will attempt distributions to KYC-verified creditors with acceptable wire transfer information approximately once per month.
The information you provide in the form must be accurate as it will be electronically uploaded to facilitate the wire transfer. Special characters are not accepted by the bank. Only use alphanumeric characters (A-Z, 0-9).
Contact your bank to ensure the information you submit is accurate and sufficient for receiving a USD wire transfer from the United States. Wires will be sent from “Celsius Network LLC” at Citizens Bank.
The Beneficiary Name must match the Creditor’s Celsius Account Information for identity verification purposes. These fields will be pre-populated in the form using the Personal Information on record. If you need to update these fields to receive a wire transfer, please navigate to the Personal Information tab of the Celsius Claim Portal for more information on how to request an information update.
After the Wire Transfer Form is submitted, the information will be reviewed and verified before a wire transfer can be attempted. If any information is incomplete or does not meet our bank’s data requirements, your wire transfer will not be attempted, and you will receive an email with next steps. You will receive an email when a wire transfer attempt is being made.
