Receiving your USD via wire transfer

Modified on Thu, 04 Apr 2024 at 06:40 PM

Certain creditors that are scheduled to receive their claim distribution in USD have the opportunity to receive their claim distribution via wire transfer. These creditors received an email from Stretto with more information and a unique password to complete a Wire Transfer Form on Stretto’s balloting system.

Please accurately complete the Wire Transfer Form linked in the email sent to you. If no action is taken by you, or if you incorrectly complete the Wire Transfer Form, you will instead receive your claim distribution via USD check, mailed to your address on file. Please follow the steps below:

Accurately complete the Wire Transfer Form to provide your bank account information.

  • To access the form, visit balloting.stretto.com*
  • Use your unique password emailed to you from Stretto
  • The Beneficiary Name and Address you provide on this form must match the same information associated with your Celsius Account.

For more help on how to accurately complete the Wire Transfer Form, please see this article.

Once submitted, your Wire Transfer Form will be reviewed.

  • Wire Transfer Forms that are received with incomplete or inaccurate information will not be accepted and will result in processing delays for your distribution.

Once reviewed and approved for processing, your wire will be initiated through the bank.

*It is recommended you use a desktop web browser when completing the electronic form. If using a mobile device, we suggest reorienting your screen horizontally.

If you need to update your address on file, please submit a support inquiry by selecting

  • “I need to update my Personal Information,” then
  • “My Mailing Address needs to be updated,” then choose the appropriate option
