Many creditors that are scheduled to receive their claim distribution in USD will receive their claim distribution via a USD check, mailed to their address on file. These creditors received an email from Stretto with more information.
If you are not able to receive a check in the mail or deposit a USD check to your bank account, please submit a support inquiry selecting
- “I need help with my Claim Distribution,” then
- “I am having issues with my US Dollar distribution,” and then
- “I will not be able to receive a check in the mail”
If you need to update your address on file, please submit a support inquiry by selecting
- “I need to update my Personal Information,” then
- “My Mailing Address needs to be updated,” then choose the appropriate option
