Many creditors will receive their claim distribution in USD through Hyperwallet, a PayPal service. These creditors will be notified by an email from Celsius or Stretto and receive a separate email from Hyperwallet with more information. Hyperwallet offers transfer methods depending on your jurisdiction. Its core function is to enable sending USD directly to your PayPal account.
Activating a Hyperwallet account
Creditors will receive an email from Hyperwallet with more information regarding their payment from Celsius Network and a link to activate their Hyperwallet account. Creditors should ensure the Hyperwallet activation email is from “do.not.reply@hyperwallet.com,” then click “Activate” and follow the steps to activate their Hyperwallet account.
Please use caution and verify the email address when clicking on any links.
