I no longer live at the address associated with my Celsius account. How can I update this?
To receive your claim distribution, your address must be up to date. Log in to the Celsius Claims Portal with the email and date of birth associated with your Celsius account. A one-time password for login will be emailed to you. Once logged in, navigate to the Personal Information tab. Edit your mailing address on record by clicking edit profile.
Note that only standard Latin characters (A-Z) and numbers (0-9) may be used by the bank for the Beneficiary Information in the Wire Transfer Form (no special characters).
Any updates to personal information will initiate a Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification. Follow the steps when prompted.
If you have moved, it may affect your Distribution Partner assignment and a change to your Distribution Partner might be required. Note that updates made to Personal Information may delay your distribution and we ask that you remain patient as we route your distribution to the appropriate Distribution Partner. Cryptocurrency is only supported in select jurisdictions.
If you are receiving a US dollar distribution, it is critical to ensure your mailing address is accurate for receiving your bank wire or check by mail.
How can I add or update my phone number?
Follow the steps above and log in to the Celsius Claims Portal. Once logged in, navigate to the Personal Information tab. Edit your phone number on record by clicking edit profile. When adding or editing your phone number, be sure to include the country code (e.g. ‘+1’ for US and CA, ‘+44’ for GB, ‘+61’ for AU, etc.) Any updates to personal information will initiate a Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification. Follow the steps when prompted.

Celsius asked me to provide a Tax Identification Information (TIN), how can I do this?
To provide your required TIN, please open a ticket with Celsius Distributions Support and select the following form options:
- “I need to update my Personal Information” and then
- “My Tax Identification Number (TIN) needs to be updated”
- In the Subject line, include your Full Name and TIN
Celsius Distributions Support will process your request, verifying your information. You will receive further communications about your distribution once confirmed.
